Over the past few months I have watched artificial intelligence become one of the most important topics in our industry. Tools that can analyze markets, process huge volumes of information and spot trends in seconds are changing the way we work.

And honestly, that is excellent news.

As real estate professionals, we have access to more information than ever. We can better understand how the market behaves, identify opportunities faster and make decisions backed by more accurate data.

Deloitte reports that more than 70% of real estate companies are already exploring or implementing artificial intelligence solutions at some stage of their operations, and Plusval is one of them.

However, after more than a decade advising investors in Punta Cana, I have learned that the best real estate decisions are rarely made with a spreadsheet alone.
